I wasn’t a fitness fanatic growing up. When I was 18, I led a very unhealthy lifestyle. I was drinking alcohol regularly, partying and going out every weekend.

It was at the age of 24 that I started working out in the gym and began to educate myself about nutrition.

I soon got addicted to the results that came along with my new lifestyle. My body was changing quickly and I couldn’t wait to go to the gym everyday!

I wanted to challenge myself further so I decided to start competing in bikini division. I have never lost a show in NPC, which lead me to earn my pro card super quickly!

In 2018, I decided to start my online coaching to help others change their lifestyle and achieve their body goals. And here we are!

My goal is to help women all over the world create their ultimate physique, supercharge their confidence and transform their life.
