A little bit about me: I wasn’t a fitness fanatic growing up. When I was 18, I led a very unhealthy lifestyle. I was drinking alcohol regularly, partying, and going out every weekend.

At the age of 24, I started working out in the gym and began to educate myself about nutrition. I soon fell in love with the results that came from my new lifestyle. My body was changing quickly and I couldn’t wait to go to the gym everyday!

I wanted to challenge myself further, so I decided to start competing in the NPC bikini division. I have never lost a show, which led me to earn my pro card super quickly!

In 2018, I decided to start my online coaching to help others change their lifestyle and achieve their body goals. And here we are!

My goal is to help women all over the world create their ultimate physique, supercharge their confidence, and transform their life.
